Please Read Before Writing: Due to the sheer number of emails I receive on a daily basis, I can no longer keep up with answering questions of a personal nature related to reality creation. The best alternative I can offer is for me to collate all related questions and create articles where approprate without of course revealing the questions themselves or the askers. To make this easier, please send me suggestions for topics you would want me to write on and that way you'll probably find your questions answered faster.
