Having attended a few other seminars in the past, I have always felt that there is something that was lacking. Tania's seminar provides completion.

I used to follow her work when she was an FX Strategist and she was one of the sharpest analysts in the CIity. In the seminar, Tania applies her sharp intellect, and has the unique ability to translate deep metaphysical concepts into a simple practical way that can be grasped by anyone. She is truly a gifted teacher.

She is genuine, approachable and takes the time to answer individual questions. Her course is quite easily the most enlightening one out there and the best on understanding the metaphysical interaction between mind and reality.

I would recommend her with 11 stars out of 10!

Go! The first opportunity you get, go to a seminar facilitated by the astonishingly intelligent, creative Tania Kotsos! Her research is impressive and her clarity about mind matters even more so.

The first MIND YOUR REALITY weekend in London provided a major shift for me in my thinking in understanding how the mind works. Now, instead of trying to re-programme the subconscious mind to get rid of patterns and limiting beliefs, my focus will be tapping into the real me and listening to that inner voice.

I'm still basking in the benefits 10 days later and have no hesitation in recommending Tania's seminar to all.

Just go ... and you will experience what I mean.

How the pendulum swings! Having pursued many 'New Age' concepts and a spiritual path for nearly twenty years, I had swung right into the opposite direction, rejecting absolutely everything for the past seven or so years. Quite by 'chance', with a rare window of opportunity, I found myself on Tania's course at the weekend. I have come away feeling that I am back on track, realigning to my 'middle path', and am reminded of many things, have made many connections and also learned a lot through the discussion within an eclectic, warm and interesting group.

Tania is a very gifted speaker and teacher. She speaks with passion and conviction, yet is also utterly down-to-earth, grounded, and respectful of each individual within the group and their own beliefs and personal journeys. She is genuinely not trying to sell anything, except her understanding of certain principles and how they have impacted on her life and might be of benefit to others. Her notes are straightforward and useful, her style engaging, and she kept my interest (which can wane very easily) throughout, simply by speaking and listening, without any gimmicks, for two full-on days. I especially love Tania's knowledge of etymology, and all the extra asides which were so enjoyable about the roots of words and phrases, particularly the Greek ones! Tania also facilitated the guided meditation exercises she had written really well, using her voice very effectively to induce a state of trance which was healing and refreshing.

I thoroughly enjoyed the weekend. I came away feeling invigorated and energised, with some insights about my life which have helped me in my process of moving on. Thank you Tania and all my fellow participants. I very much look forward to meeting again and discovering how we all progress in time as we endeavour to apply more consciously these 'laws' and concepts to our lives.

The first seminar I was actually really interested in from the beginning to end!

Being young and ambitious person I always worked hard to achieve my goals. I am not very spiritual person but intuitively I felt there is a difference in the outcome depending on my own perception of the matter and that brought me to the seminar.

The life changing bit for me was that I can still achieve my goals but effortlessly without stress. It is amazing how in only two days many things inside my mind and hence outside became so much clearer, easier and more enjoyable. I became much more comfortable with myself and my goals.

Big thanks to Tania who is a great natural speaker. She delivered a lot of information in a very good pace. I made new friends and overall had a very good time. I will definitely attend part 2.

Wow. What can I say? The whole weekend felt like an a-ha moment! Having spent a number of years reading on the subject of universal laws, the power of thought, vibrations etc, and let's not forget the Power of Attraction, it was only when Tania explained it so comprehensively, articulately and yet simplistically that it all truly made sense. I have come home and re-read some of my old texts, and been astonished in the mind shift I've had following the seminar.

Added to that, I had the wonderful opportunity to meet some great people and have some exciting discussions and interactions.

I'd personally like to thank Tania, who having quite obviously studied, lived and breathed all that she taught, facilitated such a fun yet mind blowing seminar. I hope she continues, and gives us the opportunity to learn, share and laugh once more.

Like many others I have also had that intuitive feeling from a relatively young age that there was something else, something I was missing, which inevitably lead to a lot of reading over the years. Although certainly not as well read as many of my fellow delegates, I can honestly say there were a few aha moments during the seminar where things suddenly started to make sense.

Tania is very obviously well read on this subject matter, and her passion comes across in her speaking. There is absolutely no sales pitch to this, unlike some other seminars on the market, just a pure desire to share this knowledge with those interested and Tania has the rare ability to explain things very clearly.

A huge thank you not only to Tania, but to all those who attended, as I learned a lot from them too both through their questions and shared experiences. I take comfort in knowing the path I am on is at least the right one and you will come out with the knowledge and skills to enable you to continue this lifetime journey.

For years I have intuitively felt that there's something more to life than what we see with our physical being. I have read copious amounts of literature on the subject of mind power, which invariably leads to more questions than answers. However, having now attended this seminar, I cannot stress enough how helpful it has been.

Tania's generosity of spirit, along with my fellow attendees, have removed the veil which prevented me seeing with real clarity the undeniable truth. I have had confirmed that the path I am travelling, albeit a long one, is the correct one. I am looking forward to the next seminar and to meeting new as well as 'old' friends. And in saying that, as well as thanking Tania, I would like to thank all those who were there with me whose inspirational questions have widened the path of this continuous journey.

Here's to all those of you who have yet to meet the one person who I have found can truly vocalise this difficult concept with clarity. May your journey into the yet unknown become clearer with this exceptional teacher.
